According to the article 6 of rules and regulations of Bangladesh Telecentre Network, the network has two constitutional bodies:

(a) General Body (GB) and
(b) Executive Committee (EC)
General members shall constitute the General Body and the EC members elected by the GB shall constitute the EC.
